RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer an exchange option for unworn, unused, undamaged items with the original invoice (and the gift box and/or pouch) within 7 days of purchase. The amount of LKR 2000 will be deducted from the exchange value if the gift box and/or pouch are missing.
No refunds will be given for any item.
We do not offer exchanges on sale items and promotional items.
Due to hygiene regulations items such as earrings, nose rings will also be excluded from exchange.
We do not refund the shipping cost. Kindly email us at info@aadna.store before you post the return item for easy tracking and include the original invoice in the parcel. You must also return the gift box/pouch your item was sent with. All goods returned for exchange should be sent to:

In the event of manufacturing fault or damage, we are more than happy to offer an exchange. Kindly, let us know within 2 days from receipt by emailing us at info@aadna.store we shall exchange on your return shipping. We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.
